Welcome to the website of thinkPCC which provides information about the election of a Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) in South Yorkshire. 

The first Police and Crime Commissioner elections will take place on 15 November 2012 to elect a Commissioner for each police force area in England and Wales outside London. This commissioner will ensure the police are as efficient and effective as possible.

This site will aim to tell you everything you need to know about the upcoming elections and the role itself.
